What To Do When Your Huion Product Shows 'Program is Running' in Windows?Updated a year ago
In some cases, customers using Huion products under Windows may encounter the problem of Program is running and are unable to open the driver interface. If you have encountered this issue, please follow the steps below to fix it.
1) Please check if you can find the driver icon at the bottom right of the screen (as shown in the picture below), then click the driver icon to open the driver interface. 2) If you cannot find the driver icon at the bottom right of the screen, please try to unplug and re-plug the cable or right click the shortcut icon on the computer desktop and run the driver as administrator.
3) If the above mentioned methods does not help, please uninstall the current driver and visit the website below to download the appropriate driver.
